These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of paratonicdesign.com.au and services provided by [Company Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
We provide consulting and software-development services as described in statements of work or service agreements. Deliverables, schedules and fees are specified in individual proposals.
Fees are payable as set out in each proposal. Late payments may incur interest. We may suspend services for overdue accounts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of all software, code, templates and methodologies we develop. Clients receive a licence to use delivered software internally only.
Each party must keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other. Information that is public or already known is excluded.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except where prohibited by law, all other warranties are excluded. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the affected services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. We use essential cookies for site operation and optional cookies for analytics and marketing only with your consent.
Either party may terminate services according to the agreement’s termination provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
